> Those god damn birds outside of your window. They never seem to shut up, always singing when you wake, when you're working, when you're trying to sleep, when you're showering, and you swear they can hear your thoughts because they seem to be even louder when you're praying for them to just SHUT UP. If you wanted to lie to yourself, you would blame the birds on your awful sleep schedule. Sometimes the melodic chirps of birds are pleasant. They signal the incoming spring and the warm weather to follow. It's scenic. Like you're in a movie set during the height of summer in an idyllic town. Or you're in the woods and the birds will flock to you and rest on your finger like you're some sort of princess. However. Right now? The repetitive chirp chirp chirp chirp is grating on your nerves. You anticipate those birds haunting the foreseeable night. What could those birds possibly be talking about? Honestly maybe it's just one single really really really annoying bird hellbent on ruining your relaxing meditation.

You can feel the grip of your emotions bubble up and tighten throughout your body. It's completely antithetical to what this meditation was supposed to be for. You take a deep breath in and try to settle your tensed shoulders. One day you will murder those birds... but maybe another day ....
