> Honestly you feel the AC before you hear the damn thing. It's freezing in your room and you really should've turned that thing off before you started this thing. If not to make it a livable temperature in your room, but at least to save on your electricity bill. It feels like that old ratty thing probably takes up the largest portion of your paychecks. You're shivering and so is that air conditioning unit. Even without opening your eyes you know that thing is rattling and shaking.

> The AC at least provides a nice white noise to the room. A constant drone in the background that you're so used to, its somehow soothing. The rattle and drone of the AC is a pleasant upgrade from the deafening blanket of silence that settles over your space.
